What time does service begin and end? What happens outside of the time frames shown for each route?

Shuttle service start & end times are shown below by day:

  • Monday through Thursday: 7:10 am to 10:30 pm
  • Friday: 7:10 am to 11:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:10 am to 10:00 pm
  • Sunday: 8:10 am to 7:55 pm

No service to local Bowie area Monday through Thursday.

We will be monitoring all routes and will adjust service as needed to meet demonstrated consistent ridership demand.

Inclement Weather

When campus is closed, the service will be suspended entirely. If campus closes early, Transportation Services will do it's best to operate one last shuttle run of the route following the closure time prior to suspending service. If campus has a delayed opening, Transportation Services will do it’s best to operate as close to the normal schedule as possible but will run the first route one hour before the university opens.

Do you take cash or credit cards to ride the bus?

No, BSU ID is required to ride the shuttle.

Does the shuttle offer service for persons with disabilities?

Yes, we offer preferred seating for individuals with disabilities on our Shuttle. These seats are located at the front of the bus. We recommend that able-bodied individuals avoid using this seating unless there are no other options.

Do we offer Advertising options on the shuttle?

Yes, the shuttle is a cost effective way to share your message with the BSU community for a fee.
