Every student will engage in meaningful experiential learning and graduate career-ready—positioning BSU as a national model for student success, distinguished by its commitment to the hallmarks of experiential learning and career readiness.

Mission

We engage undergraduate and graduate students in experiential learning and career readiness to design purpose-driven careers and lives by cocreating personalized success plans and connecting learners to meaningful, transformational experiential and career opportunities in partnership with faculty, staff, employers, and community partners.

Reorganization

As of May 2025, the Engage Center for Experiential Learning and Career Readiness has been reorganized, merging the following offices into a single unit as part of the university’s new Strategic Mission, Boldly Forward:

• Office of Engaged Learning and Student Support
• Office of Experiential and Integrative Learning
