The Graduate School at Bowie State University is committed to fostering academic excellence, innovation, and leadership. We empower a diverse community of scholars and professionals through rigorous, research-driven programs. Our programs inspire critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and transformative impact. Scholars can pursue advanced study through our 20 master’s degree programs, 3 doctoral programs, and 18 specialty certificates.

The Graduate School Council
The Graduate School Council serves as the policymaking and advisory body to the Graduate Dean in considering all program matters, degree regulations, and procedures at the graduate level.
